These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by AB Industrial Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Using our site

  • You must use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or harm it.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us.
  • We may change or discontinue features without notice.

2) Accounts & communications

  • If you create an account or sign up for emails, keep your credentials safe.
  • We may send you service messages about your inquiries or orders. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3) Orders, pricing, and availability

  • Listings may change and may be limited or unavailable. Prices are subject to change before checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors). If we cancel after charging you, we’ll refund the full amount paid.
  • Taxes, shipping, and handling may apply and will be shown at checkout (where applicable).

4) Shipping & risk of loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4A) Returns & Warranty

  • Eligible returns: We accept returns only when (a) we shipped the wrong part, or (b) an item listed as “New” or “Refurbished” fails within 30 days of delivery. The 30‑day warranty is excluded for companies outside the lower 48 states (contiguous U.S. only).
  • RMA required: Email sales@abindustrialsolution.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
  • Return label: For approved returns (wrong item or 30‑day failure of New/Refurbished), we will issue a return label and provide shipping instructions.
  • Refund timing: A refund is issued after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility (wrong item or verified failure within 30 days for New/Refurbished).
  • Return condition & packaging: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all pieces/accessories, and packaged properly to prevent transit damage. Returns may be denied if items are tampered with, have missing pieces, are installed or used (except as needed for basic functional testing), or are contaminated with dirt, oil, grease, or other foreign materials.
  • As‑is sales: Items listed as “Used,” “Cosmetic Damage,” “Mechanical Damage,” “Parts,” or any item not marked as “New” are sold as‑is and nonreturnable.

5) Product information

  • Unless expressly stated, products may be surplus or previously used. You’re responsible for verifying compatibility and fitness for your intended use.
  • Installation, integration, and safe operation are your responsibility unless a written service agreement says otherwise.

6) No professional advice

  • Content on our site is for general information only and isn’t engineering, safety, or legal advice.

7) Intellectual property

  • The site’s content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without permission.

8) Third‑party services

  • Our site may link to third‑party services (e.g., payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies govern those services.

9) Disclaimers

  • THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

10) Limitation of liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE.

11) Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another’s rights.

12) Governing law & venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Courts located in Wayne County, Michigan will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  • We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The updated Terms will be effective when posted with a new effective date.
